Set-up
9: Oil flow open min
5 to 70% [10%]
This parameter is used when the oil flow control function is enabled. It defines the valve opening degree
at minimum speed.
The Oil flow open min parameter is set automatically between 5% and 40%, when the Motor RPM min
parameter is changed, given as:
Oil flow open min = -10% + 20% x Motor RPM min /1000
The oil flow open min parameter is used for the oil flow control function; see detailed description under
7: Oil flow control above.
10: Balance pressure reduction
No
Yes
Select Yes for compressor types SAB 193 H–355 H and SAB 273 S to enable balance pressure reduc-
tion supervision.
The balance pressure reduction is supervised to avoid too high balance piston pressure.
See detailed description in subsections 2.2.40 to 2.2.43.
Note: The low alarm and shutdown supervision is only active when the AUX function At bal. cap. is ac-
tive, i.e. when the AUX output is OFF, and with a delay of 5 sec. See subsection 3.5.6 Aux. output.
11: Sep. Vel. Ref.
0.00-10.00
Separator velocity reference is calculated in the programs CoolWare or COMP 1 when calculating the
unit based on running conditions. Enter the COMP 1 or CoolWare result here. This parameter is used in
connection with the capacity limitation Separator velocity. See section 3.2 Limiting functions.
Note: When using the Comp1 or Comp2 program this value is named Oil separator load and it is dis-
played in percent.
12: Sep. Vel. CR
Separator velocity compression ratio is calculated in the programs CoolWare or COMP 1 when calculat-
ing the unit based on running conditions. Enter the COMP 1 or CoolWare result here. This parameter is
used in connection with the capacity limitation Separator velocity. See section 3.2 Limiting functions.
13: Sep. temp. control
This setting enables Oil separator temperature control and supervision for the following screw compres-
sor types:
