1-1-2. YB-Belt
To make the work efficient, remove the side cover. Remove the side cover mounting screws to pull
out the cover.
(1) Remove the SL6063092TN fixing the YB-belt joint to the X-beam end.
(2) Loosen the SL6062092TN fixing the YB-pulley bracket assembly.
(3) Loosen the SM6084002TN to detach the YB-pulley bracket assembly.
(4) Remove the SL6041292TN fastening the YB-belt to replace the YB-belt.
(5) Reassemble the components in the reverse order of disassembly.
Apply Loctite 277 to the SL6062092TN fixing the YB-belt joint and tighten it firmly.
(6) Adjust the tension of the YB-belt. (See the next page.)
