5-4. Replacing the CENT Motor and AWCC Motor

<Replacing the CENT motor> L900E221000
(1) Disconnect the connector of the motor relay cable.
(2) Loosen the bracket fixing bolts c of the conveyor motor
bracket C d to detach the conveyor motor belt C from the
center motor pulley e.
Note 1: Use SEMS cap bolts (M4 x 8) only for portions
shown in the figure. (See Figure 5-4-1.)

(3) Loosen the motor fixing bolts g to detach the
CENT motor f.
(4) When mounting the CENT motor shaft and center
motor pulley e, assemble them so that the end
face of the center motor pulley is aligned with that
of the CENT motor shaft. (See Figure 5-4-1.)
(5) Reassemble the components in the order of steps
(3) to (1).
(6) Follow the steps described on the next page to
adjust the tension of the conveyor motor belt C.

(1) Disconnect the connector of the motor relay
cable.
(2) Loosen the bracket fixing bolts h of the
conveyor motor bracket C i to detach the WA
motor belt from the WA shaft pulley j.
(3) Loosen the motor fixing bolts l to detach the
AWCC motor with the encoder k.
(4) When mounting the shaft of the AWCC motor
with the encoder and WA shaft pulley j,
assemble them so that the end face of the
AWCC motor with the encoder is retracted 1.5
mm from the end face of the WA motor pulley.
(See Figure 5-4-2.)
(5) Reassemble the components in the order of
steps (3) to (1).
(6) Follow the steps described on the next page
to adjust the tension of the WA motor belt.
