3-2-6. Running the bad mark sensor cables
• Bundle the sensor fiber unit cables as shown in the Photo below and fix them with tie-up bands.

tie-up bands.
• Run the cables coming from the bad mark sensor as shown in the Photo below and connect
them to the portions shown on the board.
