Custom sweep examples
The custom sweep can be configured to provide a 50% duty cycle pulse sweep. Figure
10-3 shows a pulse sweep that provides three 1V pulses on a 0V bias level. This pulse
sweep is configured by specifying six points for the custom sweep. The specified voltage
levels at points P0, P2, and P4 are 1V, and the specified voltage levels at points P1, P3, and
P5 are 0V. Six measurements are performed for this sweep, three at 1V and three at 0V.

Figure 10-4 shows a custom sweep example with different pulse widths. In this example,
the first two points are configured with the same source value so that the duration of the
first pulse is effectively doubled.
