Types of Service Available
If your power supply fails within three years of the original
purchased date, Keysight will repair or replace it free of
charge. If your unit fails after your three years warranty
expires, Keysight will repair or replace it at a very
competitive price. Keysight will make the decision locally
whether to repair or replace your unit.
Standard repair service (worldwide)
Contact your nearest Keysight Service Center. They will
arrange to have your power supply repaired or replaced.
