Install the lever to the manual brake
releasing device. (1)
Pull the brake release lever to release the
mechan
ical brakes. (2)
Keep the brakes open maximum 1 second
and then
release the lever to close the
brakes. (1)
Observe from the speed and direction
in
dicator LEDs and DZ LEDs.
WARNING! The speed can increase fast
when you open the brake. Never keep the
brakes open more than 1.0 second to
prevent the elevator from accelerating to
overspeed. Never open the brakes when
the elevator car is in door zone.
Release the lever immediately if:
– The DZI LEDs (A) turns on.
– The second speed LED in UP (D67) or
DOWN (D64) direction turns on.
