11 Go to the elevator car roof. 1. Open the landing door with
emergency opening key.
2. Standing on the landing, press the
stop
switch.
3. Go to the elevator car roof.
4. Close the landing doors behind you.
5. Check that the landing doors are
mechan
ically locked.
12 Close the landing door and check that it
is mechanically locked.
13 Switch
on the inspection drive. Release
the car roof sto
p button.
14 Try to drive the elevator on inspection
drive.
NOTE! Drive downwards at all
phases of the car top buffer test.
The elevator must NOT move.
15 Remove one top buffer from the storage
position.
Try to drive the elevator on inspection
drive.
The elevator must NOT move.
