Select the file location and select [All Files] or [.csv Document] in the [Save as type]
box.

Click [Save].
The CSV file that contains the logs or journals data is saved in the selected location.
Clearing the logs and journals
An administrator can clear logs and journals in this equipment. This maintenance procedure is recommended periodically
to maintain the hard disk.

Access COMMAND CENTER in the administrator mode.

Click the [Maintenance] menu and [Export/Clear Log] submenu.
The Export/Clear Log submenu page is displayed.
