Click [Delete All].
The confirmation dialog box appears.

Click [OK] to delete all user information.
All user information is deleted.
Resetting the counters for specific users
When the user’s jobs are in progress or the user is currently logged in the touch panel, you cannot reset the user’s
counters.

Click the [User Management] tab.
The login page is displayed.
