Adult scoring results
The Adult scoring results section contains calculated parameters and their normal values.

The results are for total

andforthedurationofthelongestreuxperiod.
pH acid results (excluding post-prandial)
The pHacidresults section shows the results excluding the post-prandial periods.
pH acid results (within post-prandial)
The Acid results section shows the results within the post-prandial periods.
pH alkaline results
Thissectioncontainscalculatedparametersforalkalinereuxes.Theparametersarecalculatedperdiaryperiod
(upright,supine)andalsoforthetotalinvestigation.Parametersincludealkalinetime,numberofalkalineperiods,and
numberoflongalkalineperiods(>5minutes).
Normalized results
The Normalized resultssectioncontainscalculatedparametersforacidandalkalinereuxes.Theinvestigation
parametersarenormalizedtoa16-houruprightandan8-hoursupineperiod.Parametersincludenumberofreux
periods,numberoflongreuxperiods(>5minutes),numberofpHdrops,numberofalkalineperiods,andnumberof
longalkalineperiods.
Kaye score
This section contains calculated parameters that are relevant if you have performed an investigation according to
Kaye.

It consists of a special meal, after which the pH is monitored for three hours.
Settings
This section shows the actual pH analysis settings (see the section “pHAnalysisSettings” on page 60).
Symptom Analysis Results
On the menu bar, choose Results > Symptom analysis results to display the symptom analysis results, as presented in
Figure4-9.
