840.xx Scanner error
840.01 The scanner is disabled and can’t be used. Perform the Scanner disabled service check.

840.02 This message is posted when the MFP PORs.
Enter the configuration menu, and reenable
the scanner module. See “Scanner disabled
error service check” on page 127.

841.xx Scanner failure—front side image processing
ASIC. Invalid configuration or ASIC not found
Image pipeline ASIC. See “CCD service
