ADF media pinch pad assembly removal
See “ADF covers” on page 7-23 for the part number.
1. Remove the ADF document tray assembly. See “ADF document tray assembly removal” on
page 4-174.
2. Remove the ADF pick pad cover assembly. See “ADF pick pad cover assembly removal” on
page 4-188.
3. Remove the ADF turn guide. See “ADF turn guide removal” on page 4-202.
4. Twist the front spring cap to line up with the opening in the frame.
5. Open the cable clip (A) on the top of the ADF media pinch pad assembly.
