Any problem with the neutral lock and steering
controls could
be
caused
by
loose, worn,
or
improper1y adjusted parts as described in the
preceding ni

IMPORTANT: When servicing this area,

perform all of the nine checks
to
avoid mIssing the problem and providing only a
temporary
fIX.
