Life-threatening injuries possible by rotating dyno rollers!

Always
keep body parts and clothing far away from rotating rollers, as there is danger of these
being pulled into the rotating rollers!
• Safeguard that the operating personnel is informed when someone is underneath the dyno.
Danger for those who are under the dyno without the knowledge of the operating personnel!
• If this safety system has been bypassed, the service personnel is responsible for establishing
necessary and suitable safety measures (e.g. signs which indicate that service work is being
done).
• Make sure that all keys for bypassing safety systems are only available to specially trained ser-
vice personnel.

Do not
leave the keys in the key switch during normal test operation.

Risk of hearing damage due to high noise level!

1 Block the rollers.
2 Remove the roller adjustment device from the rear axle in a backward direction.
3 Shift into 1st gear and put on the parking brake.
4 Loosen the tightening straps at the front axle.
5 Then loosen the tightening straps at the rear axle.
6 Remove all tightening straps.
7 Release parking brake and shift into idle.
8 Drive vehicle off dyno.
