Country-specific!
Use this option only if a MAHA diesel emission tester is connected to the software and ready for
operation.
1 Position the vehicle on the dyno and fix it.
2 Call up the menu LUG_DOWN TEST .
⇒ The following screen appears:
3 Enter the vehicle data.
4 Use the button<F8 CONTINUE>.
5 Determine the RPM with the menu DRIVNG TRIAL.
6 Do a continuous performance measurement in which the target and actual power as well as the
RPM are determined and compared
.
7 Then the program triggers the MDO LON measurement cell.
⇒ Readiness is then briefly displayed on the screen.
8 Now the vehicle must be accelerated to the
previously determined max. power (100 %)
⇒ The dyno maintains 100 % power for 5
seconds and the K-value is measured and
averaged in this time period.
9 Then the dyno regulates to 90 % of the max.
power. The dyno maintains 100 % power for
5 seconds and the K-value is measured and
averaged in this time period.
10 The 3rd test point is correspondingly meas-
ured and averaged.
11 The results can then be printed out.
