CHECK Tightening of the fixing screws for the axles

IMPORTANT

Failure to follow this instruction may result in the machine tipping over.
The tightening of the screws should be checked at the latest after the first 50 hours of service, then every 250 hours of
service.
WITHOUT OSCILLATING FRONT AXLE OPTION:
- Check all the fixing screw tightening torques:

(Front axle, left and right sides)= 341N ±68N
•
2
(Front axle, left and right sides)= 341N ±68N
•
3
(Rear axle, left and right sides)= 341N ±68N
WITH OSCILLATING FRONT AXLE OPTION:
- Check all the fixing screw tightening torques:

(Rear axle, left and right sides)= 341N ±68N
•
4
(Front axle, left and right sides)= 341N ±68N
•
5
(Front axle oscillating bearings)= 375N ±75N
