CHECK Telescope setting
IMPORTANT
It is recommended that the telescope wedging is adjusted if the clearances are higher than the maximum values,
REPAIR MANUAL.
- Check all the wheel nut tightening torques

• 69N ± 13.5N
- Switch on the platform. Start the engine.
- Raise the jib slightly.
- Extend the telescope for 1 second.
- Check the clearances between the pads and the telescope:
•
A
(upper pad

) should be between 1mm and 1.5mm.
•
B
(Side pads

) must be between 0.5mm and 0.75mm on either side.
- Fully extend the telescope.
NOTE: Make sure that the basket is not touching the ground. Raise the jib slightly
if required.
- Check the clearances

again.
- Fully retract the telescope.
- Fully lower the jib.
- Take off the cover

- Raise the main arm slightly.
- Place several pallets under the basket.
- Slowly lower the main arm until the pads

are in contact with the main arm.
- Check the clearances between the pads and the main arm:

(Upper pads

) must be between 1mm and 1.5mm.

) must be between 0.5mm and 0.75mm on either side.
- Raise the main arm slightly.
- Remove the pallets.
- Fully lower the main arm.
- Stop the engine. Power down the platform.
- Put the cover

back in place.
