MAGNETO NO-LOAD PERFORMANCE
Disconnect the three lead wires from the magneto terminal.
Start the engine and keep it running at 5,000 rpm.

Using the pocket tester, measure the AC voltage between the
three lead wires.

If the voltage is under the specified value, replace the
magneto with a new one.

REGULATOR / RECTIFIER
Disconnect the regulator / rectifier couplers.
Measure the voltage between the terminals using the pocket
tester as indicated in the table below.
If the voltage is not within the specified value, replace the
regulator / rectifier with a new one
