Install the starting motor and replace the motor O-ring.
As in Fig.3.5.41
Magneto cover
Install the electric starting idler①, pin③ and bushing
②.

Install locating pin and new gasket.
As in Fig.3.5.43
Install magneto cover and secure with bolts.

Piston and piston ring
First, the oil ring spacer①is loaded into the oil ring
groove, and the oil scraper②is mounted on both sides.
If the oil ring and scraper are new, they do not have
special upper and lower ends.
When reassembling used parts, be sure to reassemble
them in the original direction.
