In the same way, to distinguish the first and second
piston rings:
1. Torus shapes are different.
2, the first piston ring surface chrome plating.
3, the second piston ring is dark.

Upward with embossed marks for assembly of first
and second piston rings.

Locate piston ring openings as required below.
When assembling the piston, pay attention to the
following tips:
Apply a thin layer of lubricant to the surface of the
piston pin before installing it.

Place a piece of clean cotton cloth on the cylinder
opening of the casing to prevent the piston pin spring from
falling into the crankcase.
Install the piston pin spring with needle-nose pliers②..
Note:
New piston pin springs should be used to
prevent damage.
Install piston with arrow mark towards exhaust side.①

Note:
When assembling the oil ring spacer, care must
be taken not to lap the two ends in the piston groove.

Before loading the piston into the cylinder, check
that the clearance is in good condition.
