Section 5 Engine reassembly
Engine reinstallation may take place in the reverse
order of disassembly.
The following steps require special attention or
precautions to be taken.
Note:
Apply oil to each moving and sliding part before
reinstallation.
Oil filter
Assemble the oil filter in the correct direction..
As in Fig.3.5.1
Note:
Replace the new O-ring..
As in Fig.3.5.2
Clutch separation camshaft
Install clutch to separate camshaft , oil seal, gasket and
pressure plate .
Tighten the oil seal plate and screw.
As in Fig.3.5.3
Crankshaft
When the crankshaft is loaded into the crankcase,
special tools are needed to push the left end into the left
crankcase.

Tool: crankshaft installation tool
Connecting rod support
Note:
Do not load the crankshaft into the crankcase using
plastic hammer percussion.
Be sure to use special tools for installation,
otherwise it may deform the crankshaft.
Apply oil to the crankshaft bearing.
Shift CAM and shift fork
Install a flat washer and align the pin slot of the
shifting CAM positioning plate with the pin on the
shifting CAM.As in Fig.3.5.5
