Reassemble
The cylinder head can be reassembled in the reverse
order of its disassembly.
The following points should be noted during
assembly:Grease or oil is applied to the rocker shaft.
As in Fig.3.4.15
Install rocker arm , wave washer and rocker arm
shaft .
Note:
A new O-ringis used on the rocker shaft to
prevent oil leakage.
As in Fig.3.4.16
Tighten rocker shaft bolt A according to specified
torque.
Rocker arm shaft bolt: 9 N · m (0.9 kg · m)
As in Fig.3.4.17
Note:
Use new liners to prevent oil leaks.
Cylinder head
Note:
Mark the position of each component removed.
And place them in groups (i.e., intake or
exhaust) so that they can be assembled in place.
Remove
Remove the chain tensioning plate .
Remove the intake bend.
As in Fig.3.4.18
Use a special tool to compress the valve spring.
