Clutch spring free length
Use vernier calipers to measure the free length of the
clutch spring.
If any spring is not within the limits of use, all springs
should be replaced.
Tools: vernier calipers Usage limit: 29.5 mm
As in Fig.3.4.84
Clutch end face needle roller bearing
Check whether the clutch end face needle roller
bearing is abnormal, especially whether there is rupture.
When the bearing is removed from the clutch, it
should be determined whether it can be reused or should be
replaced.
Clutch engagement and separation depends on bearing
conditions.
As in Fig.3.4.85
Oil filter
check
Check whether the oil filter is damaged or blocked.As
in Fig.3.4.86
Clean
Use compressed air to clean the oil filter.
Oil filter
Remove the oil filter cover .
Remove the oil filter and replace it with a new one.
Reinstall in the reverse order of disassembly.

Note:
Before assembling the new oil filter and
cartridge cover, check the spring and O-ring for
correct installation.
