Primary driven gear
If the inner sleeve wears, it creates a gap between the
gear and hub wheel, which can cause abnormal noise.
If the clearance is too large, the primary driven gear
needs to be replaced with a new one.

Clutch active friction plate
The thickness of clutch friction plate and the width of
clutch claw were measured by vernier caliper.
If the clutch plate is not within the service limit, the clutch
plate should be replaced in a set.

Clutch driven plate
Use feeler gauge to measure whether each clutch
driven plate is deformed.
If the driven piece is not within the limits of use, the
whole set should be replaced.
Tools: feeler gauge
