Crankcase bearing
Bearing inspection
Check the bearing in the crankcase, rotate its inner race, and
check whether it rotates smoothly. If it cannot run smoothly
without noise, or if there are signs of abnormality, the
bearing is defective and must be replaced according to the
following requirements.
As shown in Fig. 3.4.1.
Remove the bearing
Remove the left box bearing baffle plate①..
As in Fig.3.4.2
Remove the oil seal ,② and cushion③..
As in Fig.3.4.3
Note:
The removed oil seal needs to be replaced with a
new one.
Use special tools to assemble the left box shaft bearings.
As in Fig.3.4.4
Note:
The removed bearing needs to be replaced with
a new one.
Remove the bearing baffle plate of the right box④..
