Before installing the cylinder, add oil to the big and small
heads of the cylinder inner diameter connecting rods, as
well as to the sliding surface of the piston.
Install the double-headed studs into the crankcase, and
then install the positioning pins and cylinder gaskets
As in Fig.3.5.51
Note:
New liner should be used to prevent oil leakage.
Check that the piston ring is properly placed, and then
load the piston into the cylinder.
Note:
Keep the chain tight when assembling the
cylinder.
When the crankshaft rotates, the CAM chain
must not get stuck between the chain drive sprocket
and the crankcase.

Tighten the cylinder seat nut temporarily.

Load the locating pin into the cylinder.

Cylinder head
Put the chain guide plate and cylinder head gasket
on the cylinder.

Note:
Use a new liner to prevent air leakage.
Place the cylinder head on the cylinder.

Cylinder head nuts and gaskets must be correctly
assembled as shown in Fig.
