Cross tighten cylinder head nut according to specified
torque.
Cylinder head nut (M8) : 27 n · m (2.7 kg · m)
As in Fig.3.5.56
Tighten cylinder seat nut and cylinder head
nut according to the specified torque.
As Fig. 3.5.57
Cylinder seat nut: 10 n · m (1.0 kg · m)
Cylinder head nut (6 mm) : 10 n · m (1.0 kg · m)
The camshaft
Turn the crankshaft counterclockwise and align line
B on the magneto rotor with mark A on the magneto
cover as the chain is tightened.
As in Fig.3.5.58
Note:
If the crankshaft rotates without pulling up the
CAM chain, the chain may get stuck between the
crankcase and the chain drive sprocket.
Load the C-ring into the ring groove of the cylinder
head.

Note:
The camshaft journal should be coated with a
paste lubricant before loading the camshaft into the
cylinder head.
Apply well to each axis, but be careful not to
leave any dry spots.
At the same time, the CAM shaft diameter seat
coated with oil.As in Fig.3.5.59
