crankcase
Use clean kerosene to clean the crankcase mating surface.
As in Fig.3.5.11
Apply flat sealant evenly to the mating surface of the
right crankcase.As in Fig.3.5.12
Install the locating pin in the left half of the crankcase.
Apply oil to the big end of the connecting rod and the
change gear.
As in Fig.3.5.13
Tighten the crankcase bolts.
Install the gap-cam top pin and spring, and secure
them with M14×12 bolts with composite washers.

Note:
After the crankcase bolts are tightened, check
whether the crankshaft, intermediate shaft and
driving shaft run smoothly.
If these shafts do not operate smoothly, tap the
right crank with a plastic hammer to make it run
freely.
