3. Install end cap assembly (lubricate seals with
2-cycleengine oil)toblock. ApplyPerfect Seal to
flange of end cap (a).

5. Insert clean bolts and finger tighten.
IMPORTANT: Torque crank case cover bolts
FIRST before torquing end cap cover bolts.
6. Torqueboltsto16.5lb.ft.(22.4N·m)followingse-
quence shown below.
