or retarded
3. Seawater pump impeller slipping
4. Exhaust restriction
5. Valve timing off 5. Jumped timing chain, or gears
improperly installed
6. Insufficient lubrication to moving parts
of engine
6. Defective oil pump, plugged oil
passage, low oil level
