Removal
CAUTION
If boat is in water while working on seawater strainer, close seacock, if equipped.
If boat is not equipped with a seacock, remove and plug seawater inlet hose to pre-
vent a siphoning action that may occur, allowing seawater to flow from the drain
holes or removed hoses and enter the boat.
IMPORTANT: Be certain engine is OFF and cooling system is cold.
1. Models Equipped With A Seacock:
a. Close seacock (seawater inlet valve), if equipped.

(1.)Disconnect seawater inlet hose from seawater strainer.
