REBOOT SYSTEM
Milli-Q Synthesis A10 only: The
A10 has tried for > 15 minutes to
process a TOC value but was not
successful.
Turn off the electrical power. Turn it
on 20 to 30 seconds later. If the
message appears again, then contact
Millipore.
EXCHANGE UV
The UV Lamp has been installed for
365 days.
Replace the UV Lamp.
EXCHANGE A10 UV
Milli-Q Synthesis A10 only: The A10
has a small UV Lamp inside. It has
been installed for 365 calendar days.
Replace the A10 UV Lamp.
SYSTEM ERROR 1
The Motor Voltage is too high
(> 49 VDC).
Contact Millipore.
SYSTEM ERROR 2
The measured temperature is < 0 C. Contact Millipore.
SYSTEM ERROR 3
The measured temperature is > 45 C. Check the feedwater temperature –
lower if necessary. Contact Millipore
if the measured temperature is
incorrect.
SYSTEM ERROR 4
The ionic levels in the Milli-Q Product
Water are elevated and it is the
decision of the Milli-Q user whether to
use the water or not.
The measured resistivity value (@
25 C) is between 3.5 and
2.5 M.cm.
Contact Millipore for assistance.
SYSTEM ERROR 5
The measured resistivity is too high (>
65.5 M.cm). The displayed
resistivity may not show any higher
than 18.2 M.cm.
Dispense water from the Milli-Q to
remove any air bubbles that could be
trapped in the Resistivity Sensor Cell.
Contact Millipore if the message
continues.
SYSTEM ERROR 7
The POU Dispenser will not dispense
water. You will not be able to
dispense water.
The voltage being sent to the UV
Ballast Power Supply on the Interface
PC Board is < 5 VDC or > 39 VDC.
This is also the Power Supply for the
Solenoid Valve in the POU Dispenser.
