Troubleshooting
Warning / Error Messages
If some trouble occurs, the buzzer sounds and the display shows a corresponding error message.
Take an appropriate remedy for the displayed error.

An ink error occurred.
• Check the ink bottle for the supply path
corresponding to the indicated color.
Data was received. • Perform data clear. ( P.2-17)
Message Cause Solution
Ink errors (unusable ink) occur in multi-
ple ink bottles.
Ink supply (print, cleaning, etc.) cannot
be performed.
• Press the key to check the ink
bottle generating the warning.
Replace them with usable ink bottles.
The waste ink tank is nearly full. • Check the waste ink tank.
Time to replace the wiper in the cap-
ping station with a new one has come.
(The wiping count has reached the
specified value.)
• Press the key and replace the
wiper with a new one. ( P.4-27)
The data has been received.
• Press the key to perform printing. Or, per-
form data clear.
Water in the cooling water tank
becomes less.
• Refill cooling water according to P.4-33
“Refilling antifreeze mixed water”.
It has been 7 days or more since water
of cooling water tank is running low.
• Refill cooling water according to P.4-33
“Refilling antifreeze mixed water”.
• While this warning is displayed, on-line
printing can not be done.
The LED lamp temperature is high.
• Wait for a while until the temperature low-
ers and the message disappears.
