When Nozzle Clogging Cannot Be Solved
When nozzle clogging cannot be solved even after the head cleaning ( P.2-15) has been done, perform the
following two functions:
Filling with ink from the sub tank to the head

Select [HEAD FILLUP] of the maintenance menu.
(1) Press the key in LOCAL.
(2) Press to select [MAINTENANCE] and press the key.
(3) Press to select [HEAD FILLUP].
(4) Press the key.

Press to select the head to be
filled.
• Head selection:by the keys.
• Select to fill or not to fill:by the keys.

Press the key.
• Ink filling of the head starts.
• When ink filling is completed, the screen on the right is displayed.

Press to select “END”.
• If you want to perform filling again, press and perform
procedures from Step 2.

Press the key several times to end the setting.
HEAD FILLUP
• Fill the head with ink. ( P.4-14)
NOZZLE WASH
• Wash the head nozzle. ( P.4-15)
NOZZLE RECOVERY
• Alternative nozzles for printing, when nozzles missing can not be improved.
(P.4-20)
