8.4.1 E Compare (Non Real Time)
Perform the following procedure:
1. Open a saved STE single frame image or cine file. Or perform STE imaging and freeze the
image. For details, see “8.2.1 Basic Procedures for STE Imaging”.
NOTE:
The image should be saved under an appropriate probe and exam mode.
2. Select [E Compare].
The quad windows of B+STE and B+StrainE images are displayed. The depth and ROI of
StrainE are automatically matched to those of STE.
3. Move the probe to find the plane of high similarity between StrainE and STE, and adjust the
StrainE ROI size.
The similarity value between StrainE and STE is displayed in real time.
4. Press the probe gently and stably to acquire the StrainE image.
5. Freeze the image.
