If you are using the optional vacuum table, is the vacuum fan
power appropriate for the media being loaded?
• Try lowering the vacuum fan setting. It might improve print quality.

Important!
When you lower the vacuum fan setting, make sure that your media does
not warp.
Is Ink cartridge within the validity period?
• Use a non-expired ink cartridge.
Did you agitate ink in the cartridge?
• When “Shake XX Cartridge” message appears on the operation panel, agitate
ink in the cartridge.
