When an application uses UDP 3000 port, adding 4bytes of Sequence Number before
command is required.
e.g) Flash Firmware version command, send xxh xxh xxh xxh 1Dh 49h 40h A3h.
“xxh xxh xxh xxh“ is Sequence Number. The printer returns the response with the same
Sequence Number.
