DESCRIPTION OF IP-CS
IP-CS is a cell station that can be installed on the LAN directly.
By installing the IP-CS on the LAN through IP network, you can use a PS station via remote IP-CS.
For connection between IP-CSs or between IP-CS and D
term
IP (Peer-to-Peer connection), the voice data
is transmitted and received directly between IP-CSs and D
term
IPs on the LAN.
To accommodate IP-CS, following Key FDs are required.
• Application Key FD for WCS (PHS)
• IP Port Licence (4 port) Key FD (for each IP-CS set)
WCS with IP-CS
NOTE 1: To provide the system, Virtual Station Data Programming is required for each PS station.
NOTE 2: Virtual CSH is used only for controlling the IP-CS. Legacy CS cannot be controlled by Virtual
CSH.
