(2) Setting IP-CS type
Provide every Wireless Block (CS group which overlaps radio zone directly or indirectly) to include
one Master IP-CS and one Submaster IP-CS. The Master IP-CS is placed in the center of a Wireless
Block, and Submaster IP-CS is adjoined Master IP-CS. Slave IP-CSs are placed so that radio zone
adjoins the surroundings of Master IP-CS and Submaster IP-CS directly. Toward the outside of a
Wireless Block, place the rest of Slave IP-CSs to adjoin. When one Wireless Block is provided by
one IP-CS, the IP-CS is set as Master IP-CS.
