2. Carefully place the external monitor on the CRT base. Attach the monitor's 15-pin
signal cable connector to the Docking Station II's monitor port.

3. Plug one end of the power cable into the power socket on the back of the moni-
tor. Plug the other end of the power cable into a properly grounded wall outlet.
4. Power on the external monitor.
5. Power on the Docking Station II.
NOTE: Remember to power on the monitor be-
fore the Docking Station II. Otherwise, the Versa
does not recognize the CRT type.
