RS-232C Device
Use the following steps to install an RS-232C device. First, read “Docking Station II Op-
tions” earlier in this section for pre-installation guidelines.
1. Power off the Docking Station II and any optional devices connected to it. Con-
nect one end of the RS-232C cable to the serial communication port on the
Docking Station II. Connect the other end to the serial device.

2. Secure the connections using the screws provided.
