To manage the ARP entries:
1. T
o move certain type of entries, select the type of entries to remove from the Remove 
From Table menu. The choices listed specify the type of ARP Entry to be deleted:
• All Dyn
amic Entries 
• All 
Dynamic and Gateway Entries 
• S
pecific Dynamic / Gateway Entry. Selecting this allows you to specify the required 
IP address.
• S
pecific Static Entry. 
• None. Select if
 you do not want to delete any entry from the ARP Table.
2. If you se
lect Specific Dynamic/Gateway Entry or Specific Static Entry in the Remove 
from Table list, you can enter the IP address of an entry to remove from the ARP table.
3. Click Canc
el to cancel the configuration on the screen and reset the data on the screen to 
the latest value of the switch.
4. If you ch
ange any of the settings on the page, click Apply to send the updated configuration 
to the switch.
The ARP Entry Statistic table displays the following information:
Field Description
Total Entry Count The total number of entries currently in the ARP table. The number includes both 
dynamically learned entries and statically configured entries.
Peak Total

tries
The highest value reached by the Total Entry Count. This value is reset whenever the 
ARP table Cache Size configuration parameter is changed.
Active Static 
Entries
The total number of active ARP entries in the ARP table that were statically 
configured. After a static ARP entry is configured, it might not become active until 
certain other routing configuration conditions are met.
Configured Static

tries
The total number of static ARP entries that are currently in the ARP table. This 
number includes static ARP entries that are not active.
Maximum Static

tries
The maximum number of static ARP entries that can be manually configured on in 
the ARP table
