2 Press the MENU Key until [Total Cnt]
appears.
• The total number of sides is displayed.
z The count cannot be reset.
z The count display shows several cards have been printed when the printer
is shipped from the factory because the count increases during the
production process.
Switching the Card Ejection Slot
You can switch the slot from which printed cards are output to slot 1 or slot 2.
The factory default is set so both correctly printed cards and cards with errors are output from
Card Ejection Slot 1.

z You can also change the setting by using the printer driver. (→See "Opening the
Printer Driver Settings Screen" on page 47.)
1 Switch from Normal Mode to User
Mode.
→See "Switching to User Mode" on page 16 for details on
how to switch to User Mode.
2 Press the Menu Key until [Printer
Setup >>] appears, and then press the
EXE Key.
3 Press the Menu Key until [Card Exit >>]
appears, and then press the EXE Key.
