Setting the Printer to Reprint a Card if an Error Occurs
You can change the settings so that cards being printed when an error occurs are automatically
reprinted after the error is fixed.
This is useful to prevent omissions due to errors when printing cards in a series, such as
employee IDs.
Note
z You can also change the setting by using the printer driver. (→See "Opening the
Printer Driver Settings Screen" on page 47.)
1 Switch from Normal Mode to User
Mode.
→See "Switching to User Mode" on page 16 for details on
how to switch to User Mode.
2 Press the Menu Key until [Printer
Setup >>] appears, and then press the
EXE Key.
3 Press the Menu Key until [Retry Print]
appears, and then press the EXE Key.
• Pressing the EXE Key switches between [ON] and
[OFF].
• Set to [ON] to reprint cards after an error or set it to
[OFF] to not reprint the cards.
Note
z The factory default setting is [OFF].
z If the printer is restarted to fix the error, the card that was being printed during the
error is not automatically reprinted.
