3.24.2.8 Monitor Commands

Description This command displays statistics for MPLS or RSVP interfaces at the configured interval until
the configured count is reached.
The first screen displays the current statistics related to the MPLS or RSVP interface. The
subsequent statistical information listed for each interval is displayed as a delta to the
previous display. When the keyword rate is specified, the rate-per-second for each statistic
is displayed instead of the delta.
Monitor commands are similar to show commands but only statistical information displays.
Monitor commands display the selected statistics according to the configured number of
times at the interval specified.

Parameters interface — specifies the name of the IP interface or the IP address
Values ip-int-name | ip-address
seconds — configures the interval for each display in seconds
Values 11 to 60 (MPLS)
3 to 60 (RSVP)
Default 11 (MPLS)
10 (RSVP)
repeat — configures how many times the command is repeated
Values 1 to 999
Default 10
absolute — displays raw statistics, without processing. No calculations are performed
on the delta or rate statistics.
rate — displays the rate per second for each statistic instead of the delta
