BCM50a Integrated Router Configuration — Advanced
Console port speed
You can change the speed of the console port through Menu 24.2.2 – Console
Port Speed. Your BCM50a Integrated Router supports 9 600 (default), 19 200,
38 400, 57 600, and 115 200 b/s for the console port. Press [SPACE BAR] and
then [ENTER] to select the desired speed in menu 24.2.2, as shown in Figure 74.

Log and trace
The BCM50a Integrated Router has a syslog facility for message logging, and a
trace function for viewing call-triggering packets.
DHCP This field shows the DHCP setting (None, Relay or Server) of the
BCM50a Integrated Router.
After you complete this menu, press [ENTER] at the prompt “Press ENTER to
Confirm…” to save your configuration, or press [ESC] at any time to cancel.
