Q14: Horizontal line appears on tomogram on height
about 50 after 30 minutes disperses to the trail.
A14: Line comes from the camera. If after camera have
warmed (about 30 min.) it disperses and is barely
visible on the camera, we leave it and do nothing. If
it’s strongly visible, we replace the camera.
Q15: While turning the program Copernicus PLUS, UNABLE TO CONNECT error appears .
A15: Copernicus PLUS device was turned on earlier than computer.
Always turn computer first to avoid errors!
Q28: Scanners squeal after turning on the device and after centering.
A28: Crossed scanner wires – check if scanner cables are placed properly.
Unregulated filters on the scanners boards – regulate the filter by gray potentiometer on the
scanners board
Broken scanner controller or engine – exchange scanner.
Q29: No scanner engines control.
A29: Broken CPU board 151-506 – replace CPU board
Scanner control wiring is plugged improper – Check correctness of cable connections.
Broken scanner control board or scanner engine – Exchange scanners set.
