10. Adjustment for CCD Ass'y Replacement
When replace the CCD Ass'y (Include PRE AMP/CCD
PULSE/DRIVE board), perform the next procedure
with SECTION 3 ELECTRICAL ADJUSTMENT
PROCEDURE.
10-1. Adjustment Procedure
1. Perform the A/D INPUT GAIN of the Pre Process
board.
(Adjust with TEST SAW signal)
2. Perform the DYNAMIC RANGE (AUTO KNEE)
adjustment. It adjust R GAMMA (4) and B
GAMMA (4) of SERVICE ADJ. 2/2 page.
3. Perform the White Shading / Black Shading
adjustment.
4. Perform the FLARE adjustment.
After adjusting the all 4 item, Check camera
performance.

Solenoid Drive
Drive current is supplied to solenoid
more than 30 seconds.

The condition that the amount of tape
running is less than one-eighth of
specification according to
operationed mode lasts more than 5
seconds.
1. Reel motor doesn’t rotate.

->Drive circuit : P605(S*)
P608(T*)
3. Cassette is not loaded correctly on a
reel.
4. Tape is stacked to drum.

The condition that FG frequency is
less than half or more than twice of
specification lasts more than 1.5
seconds.
1. Capstan doesn’t rotate.
->Drive circuit : P616
2. No capstan FG.

Cylinder fault
The condition that FG frequency is
less than half or more than twice of
specification lasts more than 3
seconds, even after cylinder has
rotated more than 2 seconds.
1. Cylinder doesn’t rotate.

2. No cylinder FG.

Loading fault
Loading or Unloading is not
completed within less than 10
seconds.
1. Loading motor doesn’t rotate.

2. Take-up reel torque is over
specification.
