2. CAMERA
2-1. Initial Setting
1. Set the Camera Recorder switches as shown
below.
CAM/BAR : CAM
0dB : ON
GAIN : 18dB
AWB SEL : PRE
TEST PULSE : OFF
SHUTTER : OFF
CC/ND FILTER : 1
2. When adjust the Camera section,
USER/ENGINEER MENU setting value should
be change to the factory default value. Before
change to the factory value, save the
USER/ENGINEER MENU setting values to the
setup card (SHL-64HSRVS). After the Camera
section adjustment, please load the user setting
value from the setup card.
<MENU Reset Procedure>
Open the Engineer Menu (Press the
“
SHIFT/ITEM
” + “
+
” button and set the MENU
SW to “
SET
” side simultaneously.) and open the
INITIALIZE
page in the
MAIN MENU 1/4
.
Select the
“READ FACTORY DATA”
and press
the
“+”
button.
User and Engineer Menu are initialized by
above procedure.

C54(+)[G ch]
C42(+)[B ch]
ADJUST
VR8 [SUB R]
VR9 [SUB G]
VR10 [SUB B]
M. EQ.
DVM
SPEC.
As shown bellow
1. Connect a DVM to C41 (+) terminal. And measure
the DC voltage.
2. Adjust VR8 so that the DC voltage is SUB voltage
(XXX) plus 0.5VDC +/- 0.5VDC.
(The SUB voltage (XXX) is indicated on the Filter
case of the optical block.)
EXAMPLE :
SUB voltage (XXX) Adj. Voltage
7.2V 7.7V
3. Perform the same adjustment for Gch and Bch.
2-3. OG Voltage Adjustment
BOARD
CCD PULSE
TP
TP6[B ch]
ADJUST
VR13 [OG B]
M. EQ.
DVM
SPEC.
0.95V+/-0.05V
1. Connect a DVM (+) to TP6 and (-) terminal to
GND.
2. Adjust VR13 so that the DC voltage is in the
specification.
*Please refer next procedure for VR12[OG-G].
VR14[OG-R] is not used.
2-4. R-DC Voltage Adjustment
BOARD
CCD PULSE
TP
TP7[G ch]
ADJUST
VR12 [OG G]
M. EQ.
DVM
SPEC.
7.5V+/-0.05V
1. Connect a DVM (+) to TP7 and (-) terminal to
GND.
2. Adjust VR12 so that the DC voltage is in the
specification.
* If CCD reset is not enough, increase DC voltage at
TP7 to 7.8V at maximum. (at this time, dynamic
range should be kept more than 450%)
If dynamic range is not kept more than 450% due to
saturation limit, decrease the DC voltage at TP7 to
7.2V at minimum. (at this time, confirm that the
reset should be enough)
